Do you deliver the package internationally ?

We offer worldwide shipping up to 62 different countries. In case if you could not find your living country, please contact our customer services at info@capdase.com for further handling

 

How long does standard shipping normally take ?

Hong Kong / Macau Territories : 2 – 3 business days
Overseas : 7 – 14 business days

Above lead time are estimated by the postal service and does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country. In some countries, the local Customs office may be required additional documents and time for custom clearance your package, and this may be caused further delay on the delivery.

 

Can I ask for expedited delivery service ?

We can offer Expedited Shipping service for overseas customer and additional shipping charge will be incurred depend on your requirements, Please contact our customer services at info@capdase.com for more details.

 

How can I check my order status ?

We will inform you the shipment tracking number by e-mail within 3 business days

 

Will the package be delivered to my home or I has to go to Post office for pick it up ?

The purchased merchandise will be shipped to your appointed delivery address normally. There is only in rare situation that the door-to-door delivery service is not provided in particular cities / areas / countries exceptionally

 

When will you ship my order ?

It will be processed within 3 business days after your order placed

The additional lead time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy seasons. Postal Service and Customs may also be required extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak season or before major festivals (e.g., Christmas and Chinese New Year). For details on public holidays in the destination country, please refer to the local Government website. Please also note that delays may be incurred as a result of pending payment authorizations.

 

Retail Packaging

The purchased merchandise is always came with Retail packaging basically
In some cases, we might remove its retail packaging before shipment depend on its volume , but rest assured that we will properly pack your items to avoid any damage and inform the customer in advance

 

Import Taxes & Duties

Some countries might be required import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and those are not covered in payment you paid to us. These costs, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.

Return and Exchange

Does CAPDASE guarantee its product ?

We committed to provide you the highest quality of our products. Each item will be fully inspected before shipping to ensure you get the best !

If you found a fault with the item(s) when you received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away by e-mail us at info@capdase.com , We will follow up with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

We also provide a 1 year of warranty (according to the purchase date) for most of our merchandises including cables, chargers, car mount .. etc.(excluding protective cases, bag and screen protector)

This Limited warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damages caused by careless operation
  • Damages caused by improper use such as not following the product manual instruction

Should you wish for refund or replacement of your item(s), please email us with the reason at info@capdase.com within 10 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable)

Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.

For refund, payment will be refunded in your original form (via PayPal or Credit cards). Kindly note that bank charges and currency fluctuation might be incurred

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. and required to return everything that originally came with
the items including boxes and manuals.

Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
